Lynne works with NGOs and others as a coach and facilitator.

Before forming her own coaching company and Gilliland & Jud, Lynne worked for 15 years with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) both overseas and in the home office. Some of her positions included director for the CRS program in Honduras, team leader for West, Central and Southern Africa and coordinator for the World Summit, an agency-wide visioning process.

As a consultant during the past eight years, Lynne has coached NGO senior managers, executives and teams. Her knowledge and experience has helped these individuals and groups to produce consistent results and to make lasting changes.

Her clients are based in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and Europe as well as the United States and Canada.

Lynne, who holds a graduate degree in International Development from the University of California at Davis, was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica. She is a certified coach, a member of the International Coach Federation and a founding member of the Coaches Alliance for Social Action (CASA). She is also on the advisory board of Coaching the Global Village and a member of Helper’s Fire.
